Why Design Protection?

Besides the trademark and patent protection, your company can profit from design protection. A design is the layout, the form/shape or the look of a product or parts of it. Furthermore, a design is constituted out of shapes, lines, forms, surfaces, patterns, ornaments/decorations or colours.
