We are pleased to inform you that Mariia Baranovych has joined AMATIN Attorneys at Law as of 13 June 2022.

Before Mariia Baranovych came to Switzerland from Ukraine, she gained extensive experience as a lawyer in a renowned law firm and as a corporate lawyer in Ukraine, advising international and local companies.

Her main areas of legal expertise include life sciences and health care, food and beverages, tobacco and other non-food products. She has assisted retail companies with regulatory issues, product safety, labelling and consumer protection, and ESG issues. Her other practice areas include commercial and contract law, antitrust and competition law, anti-corruption and data protection law. She also advised her clients on legal issues related to distribution, donations, clinical trials, public tenders and interacted with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.

Mariia Baranovych is an author of over 75 publications on various legal issues and has also participated as a speaker at a number of international and local conferences.

We are pleased to have gained a competent colleague in Mariia Baranovych, who will complement our team and provide our internationally active clients with her expertise.
