The owner of Keller Textilreinigung GmbH sold his company to Bubble Box AG. AMATIN.Rechtsanwälte assisted the seller in the sale of his life’s work.

Keller Textilreinigung (with branches in Allschwil, Binningen and Basel) employs a total of 16 people. With the sale, the seller, a grandson of the company founder, is ensuring a future-oriented succession plan for the traditional family business in the Basel region. Bubble Box Ltd, a Baloise Group company, will expand the business of Keller Textilreinigung GmbH.

With the acquisition of Keller Textilreinigung GmbH, Bubble Box AG is expanding its stationary presence in the areas of textile care and laundry services to include the Basel/Northwest Switzerland region.
